NON-IBR Boiler i.e. is a boiler which is not covered under Indian Boiler Regulation. Any boiler, which is not covered under IBR i.e. a steam producing vessel whose volumetric capacity is less than 5 gallons (25 liters) is a Non-IBR Boiler & produces steam below one kilogram per centimeter square design gauge pressure.IBR Pipe comes under Indian Boiler Regulations. Boiler Pipe manufacturers need to follow IBR rules (law of India) for design, manufacture, installation, and operation, the tubes which are not covered under Indian Boiler Regulation are NON-IBR Pipes. The IBR is a construction code including requirements for design, material and fabrication for equipment used in the manufacture of boiler and boiler parts for use in India. The volumetric holding of the steam generating coil is less than 25 litres, by virtue of which the boiler is exempted from Indian Boiler Regulations. Forced circulation, water tube & Reverse flow design enables the boiler to produce steam at full working within 3 to 5 minutes from cold start.
